Grew up in Montana fly fishing with dry flies. For the last 25+ years living as a resident of Alaska fly fishing for all trout, steelhead and all species of salmon. In 2004 began working to be a casting instructor and since then have achieve all three IFFF casting instructor certification. I most enjoy teaching the magic of spey casting and moderate distance casting with single hand rods. Active in the IFFF attending regional and national gatherings. It is the people of the IFFF that keeping me coming back to meet new friends and renew old friendships.
