Personal Details and– Marica Cicoria Marica, graduated at the National Academy of Dance in Rome, Italy, in 1989. She spent several years in the showbiz, dancing, singing and acting for musicals, and dubbing for movies. In 1993, she began fly fishing and shortly she started sharing Alberto's fly fishing and documentary activities. Since then she has been traveling and fly fishing across the world’s most challenging waters. Her area of expertise includes filming, writing, taking photographs, producing and being a co-protagonist with Alberto of the fly fishing series “Pescavventura”. She has been an active member of FFF (Federation of Fly Fishers) since 1995, attending and contributing to workshops and programs. Marica is also a FFF Certified “Flycasting Instructor”. She enjoys teaching to children and ladies to introduce them to this charming sport and make them love the fantastic experience of fly fishing. Professional Activities 2011 - Present Co-protagonist with chef Max Mariola of the new show “Lei pesca Lui cucina” (She fishes, He cooks), a first-time co-production between the SKY TV channels “Caccia e Pesca” (235-236) and “Gambero Rosso” (411). During the show Marica and Max join forces to catch and cook fresh products of the Mediterranean Sea. 2010 - 2012 Host of “PescaMag”, a biweekly TV news and talk show dedicated to the world of sport and recreational fishing, with technical and scientific information, environmental reportage and current affairs. 2005 - Present Producer and co-protagonist of “Pescavventura”, a travel/documentary series on fly fishing adventures around the world. 2005 - Present Collaborator of DIGICAST – RCS Mediagroup SpA for the satellite television channel “Caccia e Pesca” (Hunting and Fishing) on SKY ch.235-236 as an executive producer of “Pescavventura”, a travel/documentary series on fly fishing adventures around the world. Championships 2008 - 3rd place winner, Flyrod Shore BLUEFISH category at the “Martha’s Vineyard Striped Bass & Bluefish – 63rd Annual Derby”, Massachusetts - USA. 2007 - 3rd place winner, Flyrod Shore BONITO category at the “Martha’s Vineyard Striped Bass & Bluefish – 62nd Annual Derby”, Massachusetts USA.
