I have been tying flies for 20 years.

I have been a Tying Instructor for 10 years. My teaching specialty is: Classic Atlantic Salmon. Trout fly proportions.

I have been a Demonstration Tier for 5 years. My demonstration specialty is: Classic Atlantic Salmon Flies, Trout, Steelhead.

I began tying as a teen, but became a serious tyer about 20 years ago. I hungrily tied trout fishing flies. My interest in the beautiful Classic Atlantic Salmon flies began about 17 years ago. I have taught fly tying classes at the Overlake Fly Fishing Club, demonstrating at tying roundtables and fly fishing shows. I have been demonstrating Classic Atlantic Salmon fly tying for the past 5 years as a member of the NW Stlantic Salmon Fly Guild.

I have demonstrated fly tying at: Boise, ID, Washington State Council Expo, Oregon Council Expo.

Fly fishing organizations I belong to: FFF, Past Pres. Overlake Fly Fishing Club. NW Atlantic Salmon Fly Tying Guild.
