Die Hohe Jagd & Fischerei

For decades the „Hohe Jagd & Fischerei“ is one of the most established and largest trade fairs for hunting, fishing, adventure, nature and off-road in the Alps-Adriatic-Danube region.

Fly Fishers International (FFI) is demonstrating at the casting pool techniques of fly casting as well as doing casting clinics:

  • Introduction to fly fishing
  • Single and double hauling
  • The ease of casting large flies
  • Slack line presentations
  • Speycasting with a single handed rod
  • The lightness of being
  • Fishing at the Danish coast
  • Casting clinic

All day fly tying demonstrations will be held at the workshop area in hall 6.

  • Tropical Saltwater - and predator flies
  • Simple dry flies and Tschernobyl ants.
  • Nymphs in the surface film, midwater and at the bottom.
  • Flies for baltic sea trout
  • Trout streamer
