Dame Juliana League - 28th Annual Learn To Fly-Fish Course

This course strives to demystify fly-fishing for novice fishers, or those wanting a refresher on the skills. The course is limited to 30. Basics of all gear, equipment, knots and more are explained in detail through the morning. After lunch, the students divide into sessions with FFI Certified Casting Instructors in an open area, and an Entomologist lead Trout food sessions to learn matching samples from the creek. Fly-Fishing techniques are demonstrated on the stream for Nymphing, Dry Flies and Streamers. Enviromnmental awareness and conservation is stressed throughout the day, with catch and release emphasized. It is a fun and information filled day that has enjoyed great reviews over many years.
