I have been tying flies for 35 years.

I have been a Tying Instructor for 20 years. My teaching specialty is: Tying for Guiding.

I have been a Demonstration Tier for 20 years. What I demonstrate differs on the location I do a lot of bass and saltwater flies.

My father stared my fly casting and tying journey when I was 5 years old in south Fla. Over the past 25 years I have been teaching fly casting and fly tying in the public schools in my area. I also do a number of programs for the state game and fish and local parks. I have been tying at the SOC conclave and other local FFF programs. I fish saltwater, worm water and cold water so I tie a lot of different sizes and types of flies. 

I have demonstrated fly tying at: SOC FFF Conclave, Sow Bug, State Parks, and sport shows in different states.

Fly fishing organizations I belong to: FFF, NEAR Fly Fishers FFF.

Awards and Special Recognition: I have not received any awards for tying but have received the SOC teacher of the year and the NEARFF teacher of the year a number of times.
