Welcome to FFI's events page.  We hope you will connect with us at one of the events hosted by our program committees, councils, or clubs. 

Want to list an event?  Click the "Submit Event" button below and enter the details.  After entering your submission, it will be reviewed and approved by staff prior to display.  Submissions are reviewed weekly.  Your submission requires your contact information so we can reach out if we have any questions.

2025 Western Idaho Fly Fishing Expo

For 20 years, Boise Valley Fly Fishers has proudly presented this two-day event. Over 2500 fly fishers from throughout the western region of the United States attend. Proceeds are used to support fly fishing education and conservation programs throughout Idaho and Eastern Oregon.

Nationally recognized fly tyers from all over the West will demonstrate their skills in both small group and theater-style settings where attendees can ask questions and learn from some of the best.

FREE Casting Sessions
Casting Lesson with Chuck Lossi or Michael Elsden

  • Available for casters of all skill levels on a first come first serve basis.
  • 10-15-minute sessions
  • Small groups of 6 to 9 students
  • One-on-one casting lesson with a Certified Casting Instructor

Entrance Cash Only - $15/adult, $10/Student, Under 12 Free
